User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsevolving joint: Gold mMiner's has gone through several owners and face lifts over the years, but the most recent evolution is the best. Comfortable decore, still a bit unfinished, a very friendly wait staff, and decent food make for an enjoyable dining experience. The menu is well varied, with something for just about every palate and pocketbook. Fresh vegetables are the norm, and the hamburgers are the best in Palmer.
