User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNorth Pole Computers REALLY helped me out. i needed to get my computer completly upgraded to use half for security and half for gaming and he helped get me every part i needed replaced in a VERY short amount of time and he did it without charging me freight or any of the other BS most companys that order specialty parts do and even helped me work all the bugs out when i kept commin back with problems because of my insistance to instal the OS by myself. Hes a nice guy who doesnt mind if you browse or relax for abit on your lunch break and swap storys and has all thoes odd nick nak parts for your computer. i cant tell you how many times in the past ive needed obsolete parts that hes managed to scrounge up from nowhere and do it quick and inexpensive deffinatly worth every penny

This company agreed to help install a monitor for a very important client of ours, and backed out several times. We didn't have a lot of options in this more remote area, so we did our very best to accommodate what worked for North Pole Computers & rescheduled with our client to fit their schedule. Even after rescheduling SEVERAL times, NPC sent me an email two days before the install saying we needed to reschedule again because their techs were no longer available. This was not an option, so we had to scramble at the last minute to find 2 available technicians. I really wanted to like this company & gave them MORE than enough chances, but they are completely unreliable & never offered any sort of apology or acted the least bit sorry.

Excellent computer store: Great place to go if you need to upgrade you current computer or have one built. I have had several computers either built or fixed by NP computers and I have always received the best customer service, honesty, and value that I have ever had at any computer shop. Parin and his wife Sharon the owners are extremely knowledgeable and can help you decide what would be best for your situation from basic computer needs to high performance gaming machines and custom built towers with flashing lights and glowing fans they have it all.

Out of State Company, Very hard to deal with, Very snooty on the phone, bad communication. Days before my emails were returned. They rescheduled on me several times because of shipping issues. Will never do business with these folks again. My regrets to the folks that have the misfortune of HAVING to deal with these people for their monitor installs.
