User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLast year they had a assume Chef during the Iditarod she made her cooking from scratch not instant!!! She was a real assett to the Polar cafe she should of been there this year but she is not she was told they didn't need her. she was willing to leave her family again to come and cook for them but they didnt want her to you should look in the back rooms the food is all roten and stuff if you saw what goses on their you would never eat their again.

anywhere you would go to eat a $27.00 steak you would think you would get a real potatoe instead of instant potatoes!!!! but the real pototoes are in the back rotting....LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
