I love the Hangar!!! Great food, on top of great service. All the wait staff I've come across, were friendly and always smiling. You don't find that kind of service in a lot of places you go out. Also, looking out the window, gives you a great view of Douglas Island!! Great beer, food and the view.....what else do you need?
Their Blackened Halibut salad was really good. And for the out of towners looking to try a different beer, than your usual, get some Alaskan beer from their taps. Plenty to choose from.

In the Wharf mall located in downtown Juneau. The view is great, try to get a booth seat and you're overlooking the doc waters. In the summers you get to watch the float planes land right next to the restaurant. They have some really great salads and soups particularly their seafood chowder really good on those rainy days which is so common living in Juneau. For a dessert try the grasshopper pie, it's a local favorite. They also have bar with a big t.v. and you're sure to find some Alaskan Amber there.
