User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI too am stuck with a gift certificate purchased only days before the closed sign went up. I bought it to use for a pedicure as Im getting kind of tired of the same ol pedicure places in town. They were decent a few years ago on the pedicures. I had a massage there a year ago and it was just ok. It shouldve been called a back tickle, because the lady didnt apply any pressure. This place has gone downhill since the new owners came in. Now what? Hey at least their pictures and names are still on their website, so I can LEARN AND AVOID.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCalled to set up appointment for the Joan of Arc, a $300. service that I had a gift certificate for. Only to get a disconnected number. So, I drove down there. Was greeting by a big letters saying moving sale on windows and on the door, closed until further notice. Caught the owner packing stuff out the back door and when asked was basically told chances where they would not be reopening and she "didn't know what to tell me" about the gift certificate! I thought this place was under new ownership? I am very UPSET, no I am angry to think that I have a $300. gift certificate and am basically being told too bad! Oh, funny thing on their website basically the only option left is to buy a gift certificate!! UNBELIEVABLE they would still take your money!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI stopped by to buy a Gift Certificate for a friend, and the place was a mess, it smelled, and looked generally nasty , so I didn't buy the gift. I stopped in last week to pick up another friend and the place had done a 180 degree turn. The new owner's have done great things with the place. If you haven't been by in a while stop in and see the transformation.

The daughter works at Hair Body and Soul. I called her once and asked if they had closed down, and she played dumb and said she did not know but when I asked was she the owners daughter she said yes but she did not know what was going on since she found another job. I have a gift certificate for a massage package of 5 that has not been used, I am not sure how much it cost my husband but I am sure its worth over $300.
