    My friends and I have tried going there three times now. Twice we ended up leaving without even ordering b/c our entire section was ignored for half an hour or more (no one even came by to get our drink orders). Also one time the hostess handed us menus and told us to seat ourselves. The last time we went for dinner and surprisingly had decent service, but that was only b/c we were lucky enough to get a GOOD waitress. My advice to Gambardella's, fire the rude staff you've had working there WAY too long and hire more girls like her. Maybe then your business will turn around.

    This place is nasty. We reserved a place for 15 people and the manager blamed the bad service on having more than expected. First the waiter was giving people the wrong food and taking back from them to give to the right customers, than a woman from are group found a hair in her food. I ordered something and 45 mins later they tell me they dont have it anymore... Just all together NASTY. I will never eat there again. The manager was a prick, he honestly sat there and said the food was given to us wrong because people got up to talk to others in the group... Don't ever eat there.. High prices for bad service.

    My lasagna was cold in the middle and when I asked for another piece- the microwaved it! Can you imagine that. I'm glad I didn't eat all of it because it gave me food poisoning! Gamberdella's is overated.
