User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI purchased a blue diamond ring at Effy. The salesperson was nice and very helpful. What disappointed me is when I came to pick up the ring after resizing it, I asked her if I'm entitled to the free watch in the ad. She said you have to purchase $500 and you'll get a free watch. I told her the ring was more than that. She apologized. You think after she sold the ring to me, she would have remembered how much I paid.
