User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am very disappointed in your service. I dropped several sweaters off to be dry cleaned, one of which was a brand new American Eagle sweater my husband bought for me. When I went to pick up the sweater there was a stain on the collar, it was discolored and it was covered in dog hair. I confronted the supervisor and was told the discoloration was from wear and tear and had no excuse for the hair. I noticed when I picked up the sweater there was a dog on the property. I don't think the supvervisor was very professional and he did want to make amends other than re cleaning it. I just want to say I will not use this service for dry cleaning again and will express my concerns with my friends.
