User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI visited the tanning salon to use the 4 tans for $10 new customer deal. All 4 times I went in, the staff treated me as if I were an intrusion and an interruption in their life.
I was never once greeted in a friendly manner or with a smile. In fact I used my last session on the 10th day (to get 4/$10, you have to use them in 10 days) I had to explain to the gal that I bought the package on the 8th, and 10+8=18. Since it was the 18th my session was still good. She argued with me and tried to charge me full price for the session. (Eventually she said, "I suppose it will be ok" after I asked to speak with her manager)
Even though the place was clean and easy to get to, I will not be returning. There are many other tanning salons around - I am sure many of them will be happy to take my money.-

I was excited there was a UB Tan in Elk River too!!! Just like the on ein Coon Rapids, the rooms are big & clean, very reasonable prices and several different types of upgrade beds and stand ups, no appointments, it's awesome. I was going on vacation and people thought I already went on vacation because I was getting such a dark tan so fast!! Have them help you find a good lotion. They even have the Mystic Tan there. No appointments and the staff was friendly and really helpful!!! They have a memebership for unlimited for $25 a month, Im gonna join when I get back!!

Alright, i live in Elk river, and i was just up at the tanning salon.. they're unlimited package was 46$? where did you hear that it was 25$?

Not that it matters but if you bought the package on the 8th and used it that day and it has to be used in 10 days...8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17...that's 10. So I'd say it expired on the 17th. But hey, if you can get more for free, good for you!
