Best Italian Restaurant in the Twin Cities bar none! The food is hot and great when it is delivered by the excellent wait staff at your table. I brought my entire family (and my wife's family) there once and we had 12 people. The menu is fabulous and the dining experience is outstanding. "Kid friendly" and ask for a table in the corner of the restaurant. Just a great place to be!
The food was fine but because we came right after a Twins game and were not "dressed up" we were discriminated against... poor service... only allowed to sit in the bar area...
I dined at Zelo with my sister and a friend last year and it was fantastic. In fact, we plan on dining there again we return to MPLS. I am a VERY picky eater, but this place really impressed me. The food was great, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The service was genuinely friendly and welcoming, not superficial or fake. Also, the atmosphere is great as well. The location on Nicollet is perfect as well. We dined at night, but Zelo is a great spot for dining any time of the day.

That is really ridiculous! You felt discriminated? HAAA...you obviously have no idea about the meaning of the word.
