These guy's were GREAT! Very low pressure they showed me a few choices of bikes gave me the info helped me pick the right one. Not only were they very easy to deal with they were even the lowest priced by ALOT! Most of the time people only write a review when they want to COMPLAIN but i thought i'd be one of the few to write about my excitment!!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. They make repairs without even discussing with the customer for approval.

I purchased a new Floe snowmobile trailer from Heinen's by selecting the model I wanted from a cataloge and paid for it on the spot. What I got was a seemingly used, significantly damaged Floe Trailer excluding several of the items the salesman said it would include. Damage included cracked and broken wood decking, deep gouges in the aluminum, stickers scraped off, worn tires, etc. The next morning when it was light out and I could see the issues I called and explained that the trailer was clearly not new. I promptly brought it back and they said they would get another one. After several calls asking for them to secure the replacement trailer and multiple excuses why they could not go a few blocks and retrieve one from their "secure" location, they finally got a replacement. The replacement was marginally better and of course the optional items were not there either. The explanation finally became that all Floe trailers arrive from the factory with damage which Floe subsequently denied. Even the $50 spare tire was not new though I was charged new price. At the end of the day, I had to pick up my snowmobiles I had just purchased elsewhere and accepted the marginal unit. The time I spent dealing with these guys and continuous revisits easily exceeded the value of the trailer on a per hour basis.

These folks are the most unsophisticated I have ever dealt with showing me that the barrier to entry into the powersports business is very little.
I will not do business with them again and tout them as such every chance I get.
