User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTitan Cleaners The WORST of the WORST: I got absolutely the worst service ever from Titanin Waconia. They pressed a 3 button suit like a 2 button and I sent it back - it came back pressed the same way. Then the 3rd time they pressed the collars too high and too flat for a 3 button suit coat and wouldn't do anything about it - when I called Beth the rocket scientist she thought it was polyester, (it's a Kenneth Cole suit, I doubt he makes anything that's not wool! - it's wool!). When I asked to talk to her boss, Beth said she doesn't know who it is! Doesn't know the name of the corporation who bought them and wouldn't give it to me if she did know. I am done with Titan - you should be too if you don't want your clothes ruined like mine!
