| About: | The Local has become the place to meet and greet friends and business associates in downtown Minneapolis. The high ceilings, huge carved bar and large windows give the feel of being in an Old Irish castle. Choose to eat in the white linen dining room or the less expensive adjoining pub. My boyfriend and I came here for a late night bite to eat and were just blown away that this place was in Minnesota! He had the fish and chips and I had the veggie burger. The atmosphere was really set up for privacy and it took the wait staff a little too long to find us, but other then that they were super friendly. We can't wait to go back!

Not a real bid selection but do try the Wee Burgers they are so goooooood! I had the fish and chips and it was great. The homemade tarter is incredible! Fun atmosphere great leather couches,servers...alot of fun!
