He and his staff have always been more than helpfull. If you have a problem with the flowers just call them they will make it right. Yea,
I've had a few problems too, but unless you call to report your dis-pleasure

Quality & Convenience: I recently sent a large bouquet of flowers to a family member. I live 2000 miles away in CA and called Anthony's as they are local to where I needed the flowers sent. Having NO clue as to what to send, they were very patient and helpful. In the end, the flowers got RAVING reviews from family friends who saw them. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I recently received an FTD Christnas bouquet and I was very disappointed to see such a sick looking bouquet of cheap flowers and filler. There wasn't anything Christmas about it. What a poor sign of business! I won't order from them in the future.
