    The Monte Carlo is by far the best "good food" stop in downtown Minneapolis. The food is great (5 stars), but it's the people that make this combination work. Fast, friendly, diplomatic - always smiling. This is what's called service & food that exceeds expectations!

    Top-notch: Top-notch place, great atmosphere, this place is well worth the trip. The seafood fettucine is one of the best in town. You can even grab an outside table and enjoy the day too.

    Great Atmosphere, Great Bar, Great Food, Great Ser: Can't say enough good things about the Monte Carlo. Great 1920'2 era atmosphere, complete with waiters and waitresses with class and knowledge of menu and wine. Fantastic bar and food. Relatively affordable (if you skip the drinks!).
