When I scheduled an appt. I was told it would be a fixed cost to assess my plumbing problem and that money would be then applied to the cost of the repair. Unfortunately when the plumber arrived he provided totally different information and the cost was considerably more to assess the problem and that cost would not be applied to the cost of the repair. When I called the woman back that I scheduled the appt. with and told her of the discrepancy she told me that no one in the office could address this problem and that I would have to work directly with the plumber to resolve this problem.
Good plumbing company: Good prices and quality work. I always call them first.
Great dependable plumbers: Great dependable plumbers.

10-2-2007..6 months ago I spent between $600.00 and $700.00 to have Tim's Quality Plumbing repair the wax ring on my toilet and the leak under my kitchen sink. Not only was I propositioned by the plumber, the work he did was not only messy but poor craftsmanship. The toilet was positioned on the floor crooked, which I fixed and recaulked. On the kitchen sink I had to clean-up the plumbers putty that was creating a mess in my sink. This weekend the same leak was happening all over again under the sink. I called Tim's Quality Plumbing and yes, they were willing to come out at no charge, BUT any work that would be done would be 50% off within the 6 month period. Obviously their work is not guaranteed. This was extremely disappointing of a response and not one that I was expecting. I had expected that they would stand behind their work and I would be happy and be a returning customer. I definitely will not be a returning customer. I abhor this type of customerservice as we all should. Plumbing projects are not always that difficult and I would beg each of you to please go online to the DIY Networks of the internet where they show you step by step in picture format how to complete a project. This is how I fixed the leak underneath my sink along with the help from the personnel at Home Depot. So, for $35.00 in parts and my time I was able to repair the leak without being propositioned by the plumber, without taking time off of work AND best of all without paying hundreds of dollars more. Again, I do NOT recommend Tim's Quality Plumbing as they have not produced quality work for me and they do not stand behind their work.
