The service and food was really good. I really enjoyed the decor and the atomosphere.
As a sushi lover I found the rolls to be exceptionally tasty, however, the menu lacked some of the more "basic" rolls such as a simple tuna or salmon. I was impressed with the flavor of the rolls but the food service was too slow and left me with much to be desired. I give Fuji-Ya 3 stars because of the slow food service paired with the high prices.
By far the best sushi in Minneapolis, and I have been to them all. Consistant & fresh, and the sushi chefs are excellent.
