I've been out of work since June, 2008. I want to become a medical receptionist. I've worked in health care for 7 years. I get emails about PPL explaining that to get in the field I need schooling for which they charge $200 an hour. If they're non-profit, why is their schooling so expensive? Most unemployed people can't come up with that kind of money. I'd love to attend their school. Does anyone have an answer for me?
