User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI think 7 Mile is in a class of it's own regardless of customer service. As long as they provide what I want for those sweet prices, who cares how they serve anyone. People go there to buy things, not to get what they might be missing at home or elsewhere. Keep it real.

they have so much stuff there it's ridiculous. it's a little hard to get around, but i always find what i need ;)

I strongly agree regarding their lack of satisfying their customers. Without the customers their business would cease to exist. However, I only experienced low grade of customer service at one location.
