   The best taxi company in the Twin Cities, excellent service, professional drivers, clean cars, fast and friendly service.: I have called this company 5 times within a month and average waiting time was ten minutes.

   One of our customers took this taxi from downtown to our company in Eden Prairie. The Driver took about an hour, getting lost several times. Even with the assistance of several calls to our switchboard operators giving him directions, We'd say turn left (while on the phone with him) and he turned right.
   
   Then when I attempted to call them to make a complaint, there is no answer and you are not able to leave a voicemail unless you know their 10 digit mobile number. I attempted to enter their phone number but it was invalid. I don't even think they deserve even half a star for their service!

   I called for airport taxi. Driver could not find my house even when I was standing outside. Driver didn't know where to go from my house to the freeway. Driver drove at or below the speed limit the entire time. WEAK!
