User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood place to stay. Would stay here again. Right next to Mall of America, which is why we stayed here. The shuttle service was very prompt, courteous, and often at any hour. The front desk was okay helpful. We booked online and had no problems checking in or out. The room we had was clean, shower not too good ,(shower head needs replacing), but all was clean. Air conditioning in room was not the coolest, so had to sleep with window cracked open, it was too warm for a Texan. Minnesota was expecting cold weather. Pool area inside and out was very nice. I would recomend this hotel for the convience of the mall and also with kids. The restaurant was too high for breakfast. The hotel did not offer any discounts, however they did offer Apples from the front desk. But, mostly I would stay here again , IF, I ever go to Minnesota again.

This was one of the worst expereinces I have had at a Ramada. The room was old and aged--no bathtub--rusty shower. We did the stay and fly and our vehicle was vandalized. No one cared about any of our concerns--staff very cold and acted to tired to assist us.

great place to stay for the money and the area. the mall of america is right there and there are shuttles to and from every hour. the airport is right across the street and the airplanes make it fun to watch. the hotel is very clean and the staff is nice.
