Been dealing with these guys for years and years. Mostly to purchase parts for new computer builds for myself, family or costumers. Often times when Im stumped or have a problem I get free advice over the phone! I once had them build my a DUAL-CPU computer because I wanted it to look nice and professional and they did a great job!!
The only reason 4 stars and not five is prices are a little high. But thats the price you pay for great service. I will always use JFC as a resource.

As far as some of the negtative reviews. I think people get to fussy with thier puters. A virus removal is just that! If you have corrupted files they must be removed! And if that involves forever disabling a infected program or files, then thats what needs to happen! Dont like it? Go to geek squad and pay $185.00 for less... Dont blame JFC because you failed to back up your files and lost copies of your programs!!!

This is a very nice little shop. Down to earth and the prices are right. Also, the custom machine I had built for gaming looks GREAT! It's like a work of art. My mac is just a little bit jealous I think. ; )

these people are mercenaries. they do all that computer talk, charge you up the wazoo for something that you could do yourself, and then they lose all your data carelessly. i will never bring my laptop to their shop again. once was enough
