I've been overwhelmed by the wonderful service I've received at Wedding Day Diamonds and would love to comment.

Everything was more than excellent. I did a lot of research, and visited quite a few locations beforehand, so I had a good idea of what to expect. In fact, I may have done too much research. (I read the entire "How to Buy a Diamond" book by Fred Cuellar) ... A good read, by the way.

When I was buying the ring, I was concerned about four things: price, quality, service and maintenance. Of all the places I went to, WDD had by far the highest weighted score in all these categories. Much higher than Shane Co, Jared, Blue Nile, EE Robbins, and others.

Your service was superior. Anne is an amazing person to work with. She really was the difference-maker and made me feel comfortable buying the ring. She took a big risk, assuring me that we could do this in the very limited time constraints, and put her reputation on the line. Now, I am a skeptical person, but I believed her. I knew she could deliver. ...She exhibited a lot of patience, especially as I got overly particular and very picky with my purchase. I wanted a very specific VS-2, G, 70-point, round, with triple-excellent on cut, symmetry, polish that was GIA graded -- and she bent over backwards to get that exact stone. I can't say that I've seen anyone else do that before. ...To make things even more complicated, I was only visiting Minnesota. I live in Seattle now. She had to do the majority of this over the phone!! Wow.

The price of the setting and the diamond was very fair. It was not as cheap as Blue Nile, but with the warranty, it was well worth it, and the best value. I also understand that you guys gotta make a living and keep the lights on, so I empathize with you there.

In the end, I got the exact setting and the exact stone that I was looking for... on time. In fact, it may have even arrived a day or two early. How could anyone be less than pleased with those results??

My experience with WDD was excellent. I had a custom ring made for my fiance and the sales person I worked with was professional and timely. She made accommodations to fit my schedule and even brought the ring to a closer store. She made the rather anxiety provoing situation much easier and I will definitely be buying our wedding bands at WDD!

Meet with Dale on our first visit, and he was very nice, not too pushy like some of the other salesmen we had met with. Ended up meeting with Umit as well, who was also very nice, and got a great ring at a great price. My fiancee loves it! It is at least worth it to check them out. What do you have to lose?
