The people who run & work @ these "shops" are complete scumbags, don't ever waste your time or money w/ this shady company. This review is for the Lino Lakes location which has plenty of inbred meth heads working there, check out the cashiers if you ever get the "pleasure" of entering... I go in for a simple oil change, takes an hour & a half to do! Not only that but they couldn't even manage to put enough oil in the car, I checked after it was done & it was over a quart low. I asked to check the air pressure & fill it up to 35 PSI, they couldn't even manage to do that as two tires still looked very low when the car came out, checked the PSI myself & they were around 25. Also, a huge grease smudge on my leather seats. The people there are very rude & don't care about anything but taking your money. STAY FAR AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Do not use this location for anything regarding a vehicle. I used them to tow a vehicle and they caused almost a thousand dollars worth of damage and it was deemed natural from the tow. This company is downright low and shady and I would hope everyone would tell their friends and even enemies to never use them.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!!!
After reading negative reviews about this place on another site, I still decided to take my work vehicle to this place for an oil change. I figured they can't mess up an oil change. Anyway, they did my oil change. When I was paying for it I asked if they did other mechanical repairs. They said yeah. I explained to them that the engine light was on in my other vehicle. They told me to bring it in the next day. I specifically asked if I would need an appointment, and was told, "Oh no we'll be able to get you in." I took my car in the next day. The same guy who told me I did not need an appointment, seemed to not remember me and said we can't get you in today. So I decided to bring my vehicle back the following Saturday, earlier in the morning so I could be sure to get it in. They did get me in, they called and told me the problems with my car. It was about $600 to fix. So I said go ahead and fix it. I happended to be driving by the business about 5 hours later and noticed that my car was sitting in the lot. So I decided to go in and see if it may be done. They said yeah it was done. Why they had'nt called me to tell me this I don't really know. So I gave them my credit card for the payment and I asked hows it runnin', they guy replied, its like a brand new car. I went out to the lot, started the engine, went to pull out of the lot. Before I pulled out of the parking lot my engine light came back on and my car was still sputtering (the probem I took it in to begin with). I go back into the shop and tell them my car is doing the exact same thing. I ask if they can put the money back onto my credit card until the car is fixed. The manager, was then very rude and absolutely refused to do this. He didn't offer an explaination, he just said no and very rudely walked away, as I was still trying to talk to him. So I left the car and waited for a call. The manager called me about an hour later to tell me they had it all figrued out, and I could come back to get my car. I went back, and spoke with the actual mechanic who worked on my car. He seemed like he was not sure if it was fixed or not. I left with my car, about an hour later I took the car to get some food, and the engine light went on again and the car started sputtering again. I called back to the shop. The same guy who had told me I could get in the previous Sunday with no appointment said to bring the car back in the following day (Sunday) and I would need no appointment. I went in the following day, the first person I see is the manager. I told him my vehicle was doing the same thing. His response was, we can't get you in today. So I told him that the guy I spoke with the previous night said an appointment would not be necessary. The manager very rudely said well I'll try to get you in, and once agin just walked away from me. Now I am sitting waiting for a call again from this place. My whole point is I have been to this place 4 times, my vehicle is doing the exact same thing, the staff has been very rude, refunds are totally out of the question, and I honestly think that they had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle to begin with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE... If there is any problems, they will act as if it's your fault. I now know not to get mechanical repairs at an oil change place.. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE !!!!!
