Not the way service is done!: I recently dropped off a vehicle for an oil change and a check on a possible problem. After the problem was found I asked how long the repair would take. I was told the vehicle would not be ready until the end of the next day. I asked for a loaner vehicle since it was a warranty vehicle, they said that they didn't do loaners and tha we would have to rent a car. Every other place i have service done at gives me a car to use for extended service. Since my wife needed th vehicle I decided that I would just take it back until we could have it done, I was told that i still had to pay for the diagnostics. $150.00!!!!!! Watch out for this hidden fee that is not disclosed openly at the start!!!!! I will never go back! I will stick with my original dealer and have great service!
