User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPlease do not order product from Thunder Electronics. They will make you pay in full and then they will not deliver your product. Read all of these reviews and check with BBB. I received a letter stating that they are going out of business and that I will not recieve a refund.

Dealing with this company is a travesty to both professionalism and to competence. They are the worst excuse for a legitamate business that I have ever seen. When you wish to order something, they lure you into a false sens of security by promising otherwise unobtainable deals on electronic equipement. Once you order, you're lucky if you ever speak to them again. It's been two and a half months. I've talked to someone in their office a total of maybe 4 times. I left 6 messages a day, pleading with their voicemail set up for someone to call me back. To no avail. These people are complete blood suckers that rip off genuinely decent, hard working smaller scale businesses. They now claim that they are going out of business, and we have yet to see our order, much less even hear about the status of that order. These people should be arrested for fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS THAT I HAVE COME ACCROSS CONCERNING BUSINESS ENDEAVORS.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible business to work with. They are never on time and put us out a total of 8 weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. we are currently suing them for our equipment we paid for and they never installed.

I agree with Rick W. This company was eager to take my money and they promised every week for 3 months to ship my product. Now I get a letter that they are going out of business. I am writing the Attorney General. They obviously knew that they were going out of business when they took my money!
