User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNo trust: Brought my Element in to have an accessory installed. They called me to say the work was done. I picked up the car and when I got home I realized they hadn't done anything. Unfortunately that is only one of many similar experiences I've had there and I've only had the car a couple months. I'm worried.

No trust indeed. I got civic from there 5 years ago and I have had nothing but BAD service the entire time. They twice tried to do repairs that i felt were not needed. (i brought my car somewhere else and in both cases, i still have not needed those repairs- two years later) the only other time i went there with a bent muffler pipe, they told me they had to replace all the pipes. Only after I made a scene, did they argee to "try" to only replace the bent part. Again, it's held for a couple years. needless to say, i haven't returned. Last month I made my final payment and i am glad to be done with them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
