User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWatch out for extreme hardball negotiations from these guys. Also, their prices are higher than other Honda dealers in the metro.
Part of their plan, if you can't agree on prices, is to verbally abuse customers. Not a pleasant experience; I don't like to be degraded in the showroom.-

Be Aware: I was at the brookdale honda to buy a honda which was advertised by honda at $2199.00 with a $269.00 payment +tax +Lic and the first month payment was included and when i went in there to lease it the down payment went up to $2800.00 you better watch for this dealer ship there are bad news and the explanation I recieved was the first payment and was not included when honda clearly advertised the payment was included in the $2199.00
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest car lot I went to!: My used car salesman, Mike Roycraft, was very nice, helpful and honest. I ended up buying a car somewhere else but I regretted it. I should have bought the better car from the better man. I will go back for my next vehicle.
