If you know anything about Cheesecake Factory, then you know the food is excellent. There pretty much is always a wait. On peak dinner hours, you're talking about an hour or even two hour wait. The menu is spectacular and they have all kinds of food: American, Asian, Italian, Mexican.
The service at this particular Cheesecake was great. I went out to dinner with a friend. Our drinks were served quickly. Our waitress checked on us regularly. A manager came out to tell us that one of their cooks overcooked my friend's chicken dish, so it had to be redone. He said it would be out in 3 minutes and it was on our table in less than 3 minutes. It was nice to have the manager tell us this. If he hadn't, we probably wouldn't have even noticed.
Great food, great service! Worth it. Go check it out.
By the way, they have a full bar, but their drinks are VERY expensive. Very good, but very expensive.
Thumbs Up: The service is exceptional! The staff was pleasant and welcoming and offered more of the complimentary bread if needed! There's a wide variety of choices on the menu! The options are endless, it's hard to chose which meal to go with! The restaurant is perfect for a romantic scenery and family oriented! ...and Yes! The prices are a little high but the portion sizes are monstrous. You get what you pay for!
You can't leave without a slice of their famous cheesecake from their dessert menu, it's worthwhile! You can't go wrong with Cheesecake!
Thumbs Down: "The Thai Lettuce Wrap" on the Appetizer Menu: The size is deceiving, it's suppose to serve up to 4 people, I believe but in my opinion it serves only 2 people! The amount paid for this meal isn't worth the portion size at all!
This was my first visit to the Cheesecake Factory and I was hugely disappointed. The prices were exorbitant, the service was mediocre, and the food we received was not what the menu stated it was. I was in the mood for spicy Thai food so i ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp; but when I received it, there was no curry or spice in the food at all! It was a creamy peanut sauce, which was edible but boring. I would not even classify it as "mild"! It was less than mild, it was bland! BLAND!! I couldn't finish my meal, not because the portions were huge, but because the food wasn't even good. I left there still hungry. I was VERY upset with my meal. I am never going to eat here again, EVEN if it's the only thing open on Christmas Eve.
