User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI talked to new car sales about financing and incentives and got very arrogant and condescending answers. I felt as though they were far to good and had far too many customers to bother doing business with me. Well they won't have to worry about that...

Customer greeting or lack thereof: I just left the dealership, I had waited inside for about 10 minutes, walked around the lot for another 10-15 minutes and went back inside for another 10. No one even said Hello to me. They must be paying their sales people too much when they take care of customers in that fashion. I will not go back and be ignored again, and advise everyone else to avoid their arrogance also.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I tried 3 different times to get a price quote for a 120,000 mile service faxed to me so I could see what was going to be performed, and what it would cost, but to no avail they never produced it. I am fine with taking my business elsewhere, and every one I talk to I hope does the same.
