    We've used Roto-Rooter for years. As always, the service was prompt, polite and efficient. Leon gave tips on what we could do for a smaller drain which was much appreciated as it turned out our main drain wasn't the issue this time. Very pleased with the service.:)

    Our sewer backed up and as usual we called Roto-Rooter. Their phone number is posted write next to our sump pump! They come. They are efficient, polite (take their shoes off when entering the house) and get the job done. They explain the problem, the cost and then they fix it and explain what they did and give us recommendations on how to avoid future problems. Unfortunately, we have a belly in our line which causes occasional problems.

    Roto-Rooter Service September 29, 2009

    I needed to have my main line and run off line unclogged and the service was supprisingly prompt. The representative that was sent "John" was very friendly. He was very informative and made me feel at ease. Thank you for everything and if I ever needed any other work done in my home, I will not hesitate to contact your services again.
