    Terrible Service. Did not want to do any warranty work. Told them the problem with the vehicle and they REFUSED to fix it.

    Actually my rating of Motorwerks from a scale of 0 to 5 is negative 5. BMW dealerships in general are beyond HORRIBLE: over priced cars/suvs, arrogant salesperson and managers, their overall arrogant attitude was such a turn off. Motorwerks was the worst car dealership I ever encountered, just a bunch of jerks. When you walk in, they'll pretend to be nice, but really after about 10 minutes their true character will surface and you realized wow how can these people be this awful. If you don't believe me go ahead and over pay these arrogant jerks, you gonna REGRET it!!!! BMW: the ultimate worst car buying experience.
