My oldest daughter attended this charter school. It is set up somewhere between a hippy commune and a college. Very student directed ... very easy to fall between the cracks. Students that don't fit in in public schools usually find their way to this high school. It has a very left wing political agenda, and the curriculum is spotty at best. They tout being a high tech school, but the tech department makes China's censorship look mild. The computers are so filtered and controlled that word processing is about all one can do there. Many of the computers there run Linux, so if your not a computer geek it's not the best place to attend. Suffice it to say that my younger two children will be going to Central High School.
