Twig bakery only gets better with age from the food for lunch to bakery goods they are my favorite. My niece's wedding was excellent thanks in part to the excellent professionally done cake. These guys must be doing something right they delivered the cake in corporate Hummer, nice touch of class.
What did you do to those doughnuts before you ate them? You know you need to take care of your food between the time you buy it and eat it. Do not keep abusing your food in the future.
One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I booked Twig to make my wedding cake and I made an appointment to meet with the cake person, and she didn't show up (after I confirmed on numerous occasions). Since it was only a couple weeks before my wedding and I live 3 hours away, I decided to leave my cake order with the waitress, which ended up being wrong. When I finally was able to get in contact with the cake baker after many phone calls, her response for missing our appointment was that I "certainly cannot expect her to work 24 hours a day". Which I certainly do not hold that expectation, which is why I made the appointment. I emailed the owner as well and didn't even get a response. To top it off when my cake arrived on my wedding day, my Swarovski crystal topper was missing several crystals and it was quite evident it was dropped several times. Never once did I receive any sort of an apology from Twig. I did give one star as their cakes are good, however so are the Betty Crocker one's out of the box.
I think you have Swarovski crystal between the ears, this whole senario stinks of embellishment. You need to get a grip. I have seen none of this with the twig bakery, nor am I aware of anyone else other than you with such a laundry list of complaints. When this many complaints come up you need to look at yourself and say, "How did I contribute to this?"
