They are not helpful - Rushing Decision: Financial person does not given the my sister who does not know any thing about car and manufactory incentive rather taking discount or interest rate. Plus he given a higher interest rate and saying a she is not qualify for lower interest rate. She was buying a brand new car. She told me the story and I called another toyato dealer to check her credit score and said she is qualify for lower interest rate.
we went back asking for General Manager, we got Sale Manager named Dan Cocher. He is rude and not helpful. When ask if the Car have any incentive he said that he does not know. Hmm Sale Manager? His action and his wording showed that he did not care about us and told us that we going to get stuck with this high interest of 9.9% for 6 year. We wanted incentive rate 1.9% for 5 year which is saving for more than $8,000.00. When we told that we could take to next level management. They finally gave us the 1.9% for 5 yrs.

Overal I would not going to this place and let other know.
