    I/we shop often at JCPenney Rochester and find it is great fun.
    Good merchandise at good prices,can always find fantastic deals.
    Fantastic staff, especially Emily at the shoe dept.
    Whenever I/we are in town I/we shop at this store,and it is a gr8 experience and pleasure.
