User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDIRTY...: If you want to take your pet and cram him into a small cage, where he is exposed to other dogs..you'll love this place. I was really disappointed with this facility. We were visiting Virginia, and our hotel would not allow our pet, so they suggested this business. I will not be returning to the hotel, or that kennel. I know there must be some place better than this, but next time my dog will stay home when I travel.

Never again: I would never take my pet there again, it is very noisy, smells bad, and the owner was very rude to my wife when she dropped off our dog. Our dog was supposed to be taking medicine for siesures, when we came home and opened his medicine bottle, we found none of his medicines had been given to him. He was placed in a small wire cage, and I found out later that he stayed there all weekend..very poorly managed. We will never go back there again.
