My wife and I went there last night, Nov. 7 at about 9 PM, the hostess didn't didn't seem to be real observent but didn't think to much about it. She sat us at a booth and there was only one other couple in there at that time. They left and we still haven't had a waitress, another group of 6 came in and was seated across from us and a waitress came, got them drinks, yet we have not had a waitress, we sat there waiting for 10 min. or so and no aknowledgement that we were even there. We decided to get up and leave, (I could have went to get a waitress but why should I ) ,we went to the gal that originally sat us to let her know we were leaving and why. Before we could say anything she asked us how everything was. We told her that we never got waited on so were leaving and she never appoligized or anything , just looked dumbfounder but didn't seem to care at all. The waitress that should have come to us, didn't really seem with it either when she waited on the ones across the isle.
I could understand if they were busy but the other group and us were the only two groups in the entire place. I'm from town and know it's not typically that way. I think they need a new staff or a concerned night manager. Thank You. - User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
great service Saturday evening, really nice guy waited on us and the pie was great!

The Service-poor.: Take into account when this review was written, but being from the area that last two times we visited Perkins--the first time they forgot our family in a booth and we waited 25 minutes until we were found--the second time it took us way to long to get our food. The food is great-the service SLOW and POOR!
