We go there at least once a week. The best Mexican food in Rochester, There is a sandwich there called a Torta Lomo that comes straight from heaven. The guacamole is fresh avocado - none of that weird slimy stuff you get at a lot of places. The chile rellenos and tamales are delicious. I love the decor - especially the way the walls, tables and chairs are painted. It's a wonderful, colorful environment. But the best things about El Carambas are the food and the people who work there. It's not a chain, it's a family owned and oriented restaurant that specializes in good fresh food.

Luv the place, being family owned is defiantly plus, the owner and staff are very friendly, food is good for price paid, nothing very fancy but taste all right, portion are BIG, will come back for some more Mexican taste..
