    Been there, done that!: I was not satisfied with my dry cleaning services, due to the company's failuer to contact me upon my things returning, and they were not able to clean a few items, which when they discovered this they should have contacted me, as I could have seeked other sources. Overall, the things that they cleaned turned out good, and for those items, I cannot complain.
