I recently purchased my second big screen from audio designs in the last seven years. Both times the staff were exicited to help ship the merchandise home and assist with set up. I could not be happier with my expierence.

Over Priced: If your looking for a bunch of over priced old technology then this is your place. I was not impressed at all. Infact they act like they are better than there customers. Not a Fan of Audio Designs

It looks good, sounds good, yeah... it's good!: They are a very customer orientd business. They work well with the customer and always offer solutions to any problem you may have. If you need a part, they will order it, if its broke, chances are they can fix it. I have been a long time customer and would recomend this store to anyone for anything from speaker wire to a new tv, car audio and alarms, to a new dvd player. If you want something, but cant fit it in your budget, they will work with you to find something that you will love, and that you can afford. The staff is very friendly, out going, not not trying to make a sale just to get $ from you.
