Overall the Kandi Entertainment Center is a good place to visit with family. I have a problem with the mistakes they make in the bar. The mistakes are made whenever they hire new waitresses and they are not trained right on how to ring up a customer. Last year I went into the KC and had a mixup with my debit card. I called the office and the office clerk told me to call my bank and report a fraudulent charge because they didn't have a copy of that transaction that appeared on my bank account. The same thing ended up happening last week. I started my tab with a waitress that I know very well and that I never have had problems with before. She told me she needed to leave and transfered my tab to another waitress. The other waitress told me that I needed to pay off my origional tab before I could start charging more. I thought it was kind of strange but whatever I didn't argue. I paid it in cash. I then started a tab and closed it right away. So I had paid my first one in cash, second one with my debit card. A friend then bought me a drink and shortly later another waitress came up to me and said that no one paid for the drink I had. My friend wasn't there so I told the waitress just charge it on my debit. She took and and brought it back with a receipt for over $100! I told her there was no way I was going to sign that. And then told asked her why she would bring me a receipt for over $100 when she clearly told me that it was only for one drink. Well the following day I have a total of FIVE different charges on my bank account after only providing two signatures. It turns out that the first tab that I paid in CASH was rung through on my card. So the witress probably kept the cash as a Tip! One of the charges was the receipt that the second waitress brought to me that was for over $100. And the third was a double charge. Well everyone... I can't say that this is the first time this has happened at this bar. The following Monday my co-worker also said that the waitress brought him a reciept for over $60 dollars. He argued with her about the ammount because according to him there was no way it could have been that high after only consuming 5 drinks. The lesson in all of this... If you're new at this bar, make sure to keep track of all the drinks you've ordered. And if you're not new like me, don't make the mistake of starting a tab with a waitress that you've never seen before. I've learned my lesson although I probably won't be back for a long time. The worse way you can hurt a business that didn't do right by you is to never go there again. I called the office and spoke with the same lady that helped me last time and she wasn't very helpful. She seemed a little irritated and asked me to wait for the owner. On a positive note, the Veteran Bartender they have working for them does a fantastic job. And there are a couple of waitresses there that do an excellent job also.
Restaurants: Great Service. Freindly Staff depending on who you get. The Male Staff is Great. The food is excellent once again depending who is the chef for that night. Ask the staff they will let you know. Over all I will say my overall experiance has been great.
