We used Interlachen Inn to cater our outside fall party, the staff was great and the comments on the food were nothing but raves!!!!

I have brought guests from the East Coast to Eddy's and they said that Eddy's Seafood Chowder is the best. Eddy's homemade potato chips are tough to pass up though (you have your choice of fries, chips or soup with most most entrees).

Be sure to meet the owner, Gayle Haanen.
