    Rappers has the right idea, but for some reason they always seem to fall a bit short. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, the menu is excellent, but the food comes out average, the staff screws up on a reguler basis, the bartenders act like they hate the place, wich is a turn off, overall rappers has decent food, friendly staff, but doesnt ever seem to rise to the occasion.

    An amazingly full menu with plenty of options for everyone. Much better atmosphere since the smoking ban has been implemented. I do miss the "outdoor sports" motif however.

    Great food! Great service!: I ate at Raaper's last night with my mom and sister. We had a fabulous time!!! The food was awesome and the service was fantastic. Evan was our waiter and he was so much fun and very good at his job! He's not bad to look at either ;) I would totally recommend this place for a laid-back, good time!
