My daughter's bridal bouquet was wrong. We took great pains to describe what we wanted to Carol, she said she would remember. She said the last thing you want is to have the wrong bouquet as it will 'ruin your wedding day. I called two days after we placed the order to make sure she understood what my daughter wanted, she said yes. I called 2 days before the wedding to make sure everyone knew what my daughter wanted - they said yes.
She wanted a perfect sphere of yellow roses, no greens. It would be in a holder not a clutch. What we got were 2 dozen yellow roses, with the leaves still on them in a clutch bouquet. Essentially $150 for $20 worth of roses I could have picked up myself.
The dropped off the floral delivery and left it with our photographer rather than waiting 2 minutes for us to arrive at the Abbey. I called immediately and was told there weren't 2 dozen yellow roses in St Cloud. After multiple phone calls, Bob the manager came to the Abbey - without a replacement bouquet and without any reason why. I said I needed a refund as Coborn's does not have the right to make my daughter cry on her wedding day.
If you want something other than 'plain vanilla' go somewhere else, Carol can't handle it.
