User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOK...I live in Vegas these days but have always loved the Matador in my old home town. Great food and a fun bar. Not open past 10 or 11 usually which means you mighte as well go have drinks with the owners and staff at another place in town. The steaks and shrimp have always been great and the cook rocks. Prime Rib on the weekend (I think) and the steak cubes are good if your just in for an appitaizer at the bar.
