User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYup, just like the first guy who wrote a review.. I will never set foot in this dealer ever again!!!! I bought a new car and its been in 2 times for warrenty work and the problen never corrected.. Its down again for the 3rd time and this time it needs too be towed and not to this place, you would think when I bought a new car from this dealer and when it needs warrenty work they would give me a loaner car? Not! They charge you for a rental and I called other Ford dealers and they would be willing to give me a loaner for nothing as long as they get to work on my car.. Geez, somethings wrong with the picture here? I'm not one bit impressed with the work thats been done, and I was warned by 2 other people about this dealership.. I should have listened!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTypical big dealer mentality. You go in for something modest and reasonable, they pull your credit, and then say "But you could buy something so much better" and try and ram something you don't need (like a 40k F150) down your throat. And then when you stick to your guns and buy the modest vehicle you came for the staff does their best to make you feel like a dirt bag, accessories that you ordered suddenly don't come in. The "free car wash" when ever you visit for service does not apply either. Sorry guys but you will never earn my business again. Maybe Monticello or Elk River treat their modest (sane) customers better. I'll be finding out on my next purchase.

Thanks for the heads up.I was going to buy a new car,and thought I should give them a call.I did purchase a pickup from them a few years back,and was a little dissapointed.i thought it was just me,but now I am going to check at else where. Thanks Again !!
