Love this cute little restaurant! The food is always good and the service is excellent! It's a great stop when traveling north on highway ten as well! You can order almost anything you want, from breakfast to lunch, dinner, buffets, ice cream, pie, and specialty coffees.

Just another local joint: I agree the pizza has improved, and the delivery option is great in Rice, IF they can get your order right. Of the 4 times we have ordered from the menu we have always had a mistake and our food was BURNED! The food and service is okay but definitely not more than that.

Wait until Lent for the turtle.: Twin Pines Family Restaurant is one of the few places that actually delivers food to our home here in Rice. Thankfully within the last year or so, their pizza has gone from being dull to delicious, and the prices have improved quite drastically.

Unfortunately, the few times I've actually dined in, I've found the place either overly noisy or empty. The service has generally been unethusiastic, but competent. Hopefully, if the friendly delivery service is any indication, I think that the dining area might have improved as well.

One tthing really worth mentioning is their turtle roasts during Lent. The meat is delightfully fatty and moist, and it is well-seasoned and not bitter at all. I tried it last year, and I definitely will go there again next year to experience this unique culinary experience.
