A must when in St. Cloud: Everytime I'm in St. Cloud I return to Anton's. Unique venue, relaxing atmosphere and great history. The menu is a little limited but the walleye is great.

Good food: Nice place to visit and to eat in. Nice creek out back with ducks and geese. Food is just good; some St. Cloud natives think the food is great but what do they know. Service is great and so was the ambiance. Enough so that I recommended it to a collegue for his anniversary dinner. One of the better restaurants in St. Cloud. My wife was more impressed than I was... I have to admit that I would have probably liked it better if they had a smoking area, at least, in the bar. So I won't be going back.

(We travel extensively for business and eat out a LOT and in many cities far more noted for culinary arts than St. Cloud, MN) .

Not at all overpriced. Our bill for dinner with drinks came in less than $60 plus tip. I had a mixed seafood plate that included a lobster tail, shrimp, fish, scallops etc. and she had a blackened somesorta fish. She liked her fish a lot.

Get an extra popover, like a big hollow ball of bread. Good eats.
