The Flowers I bought from Knot 'n Vane were gorgeous and pretty reasonably priced. My grandmother loved them.

I was very disappointed with my order. It was a last minute order for a funeral, one arrangement was very nice, the other I could have gone to WalMart bought the flowers and vase and arranged it myself. I do not live in MN and like I previously stated was there for a funeral. I gave the owner my credit card info at the funeral home the day prior, never received a receipt and was not told how much the arrangements were going to be. I was expecting somewhere around $80 or so, needless to say I was quite shocked when a week later I checked my credit card statement and it was $162. I tried many times to call, but got no answer. Finally I had to have a family friend contact her, who was told by the owenr that it was only suppose to be $62(she was shocked at the mistake and apologized) and I would be credited $100 and she would contact me. Three weeks later, no contact, no credit to my credit card, so I called. She told me that she reviewed it and decided that it was not a mistake and that the bill was indeed correct! But she would take $50 off! How generous! I could have went thru an online florist and had a better arrangement at a cheaper price. I contacted my bank and disputed the charges, I have since been credited the whole amount from my bank. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was an outsider and she did not know me. I know the prices of some of the other arrangements she did, the arrangements were beautiful and MUCH cheaper then mine. So I guess if you live in Elbow Lake you are safe to order from her, but if you are not, I'd stay away and go to an online florist or go to Fergus Falls.
